Terms of Service

Last updated 16 June 2026

These terms govern access to and use of ProgramLoop. By using the platform you agree to them. ProgramLoop is designed to support privacy-by-design practices and to help organizations meet their data protection obligations; these terms are not legal advice.

1. AI-generated content

Parts of ProgramLoop use AI models to draft reports, recommendations and insights from the data you provide. AI-generated reports, recommendations and insights are provided as decision-support tools and must be reviewed by authorized human users before being relied upon. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a given purpose.

2. Human review requirement

AI output is never a final deliverable on its own. An authorized human user must review, validate and, where appropriate, edit AI-generated content before it is shared, acted upon, or used in any decision affecting a startup, participant or programme.

3. No automated final decision-making

ProgramLoop does not make automated final decisions about individuals or organizations. Scoring, ranking and recommendations are support signals for human judgement; responsibility for any decision rests with the organization and its authorized users.

4. User responsibility for input data

You are responsible for the data you enter and for having a lawful basis to process it. You agree not to submit personal or sensitive data that is unnecessary for the task, and to follow your organization’s AI policy and data-minimization settings. Where consent or notice is required from participants, the organization is responsible for obtaining it.

5. Confidentiality

Programme and participant data is treated as confidential to the owning organization and is isolated from other organizations. We use a limited set of subprocessors to operate the service, listed on our Subprocessors page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProgramLoop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content, for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you choose to submit or act upon. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Organization administrator responsibilities

Organization owners and admins are responsible for configuring the AI policy (Full AI, Safe AI or No AI), managing members and roles, ensuring an appropriate lawful basis for the data their organization processes, and communicating these terms and the AI Disclosure to their users.
